Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at lucythelen23@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items where available. Contact us at lucythelen23@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned after 14 days, are not eligible for a refund.
